Why We Started Key Outreach

Outbound was often treated as a series of one-off campaigns rather than a repeatable system. Activity was high, but pipeline remained inconsistent, and we kept seeing the same problem across industries.

Inside software companies, agencies, and service firms, founders were spending time prospecting instead of leading, while sales teams were relying on guesswork instead of a defined process.

We built Key Outreach to change that.
